Services

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a compassionate space to explore the emotional and psychological shifts that come with fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. These seasons can bring joy, grief, identity changes, overwhelm, and everything in between — and you don't have to navigate them alone.

Whether you're coping with anxiety during pregnancy, adjusting to postpartum life, processing birth trauma, navigating breastfeeding stress, or managing the mental load of parenting, therapy can help you feel more supported, grounded, and understood.

My approach is warm, relational, and rooted in perinatal mental health. Together, we'll explore your emotional experience, make sense of the patterns that are showing up, and build tools that help you regulate, connect, and move through this transition with steadiness.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy offers support for partners navigating the profound shifts that occur during fertility journeys, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. These transitions often bring new stress, communication challenges, and changing roles — all of which can strain even the strongest relationships.

In couples therapy, we work together to understand how each partner is coping, what each person needs, and how the two of you can move through this season as a team. My approach helps couples reduce conflict, communicate more clearly, and repair moments of disconnection that often arise during the perinatal period.

  • Whether you're just starting to explore options, navigating treatment cycles, recovering from loss, or facing tough decisions about next steps, you don't have to go through this alone. Together, we can explore your experience, honor your feelings, and find ways to cope with the weight of waiting, longing, and not knowing -- while making space for hope and healing.

  • Pregnancy and new parenthood can bring big changes -- physically, emotionally, and mentally. While it's often painted as a joyful time, the truth is that many people also experience anxiety, sadness, overwhelm, and disconnection. If you're feeling "off" in a way that's hard to name, you're not alone -- and you don't have to push through it alone either.

  • Prenatal
  • Whether you're coping with prenatal anxiety or depression, adjusting to life with a newborn, healing from a difficult birth, or just not feeling like yourself, therapy offers a safe space to slow down, process and feel supported. This season of life is intense and layered -- and you're allowed to need help. Together we will make space for all of your feelings and find steadier ground.

Types of Therapy
  • I use ACT to support individuals and couples navigating fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum challenges. ACT is a compassionate, evidence based approach that helps you create a life that aligns with your values. In seasons that can feel overwhelming, ACT doesn't try to "get rid of" these emotions. Instead, it helps you build a new relationship with them. Together, we work on making space for difficult feelings rather than fighting or avoiding them, which often brings more relief than resistance.

  • Attachment-based
  • CBT is a practical, evidence based approach I use to help clients cope with the emotional challenges that can arise during fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. It's based on the idea that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all connected -- and when we become aware of unhelpful thought patterns, we can begin to shift how we feel and respond.

  • Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
  • Motivational Interviewing
  • At the heart of my work is a person-centered approach -- which means I believe you are the expert on your own life, even if you're feeling lost, overwhelmed, or unsure. My role isn't to "fix" you, but create space where you can feel deeply heard, accepted, and supported -- just as you are.
