Individual Therapy

I offer sessions via telehealth, making therapy accessible from the comfort of your own home or office space. We begin by getting to know one another and exploring your motivation for change. After establishing connection and trust, we will identify themes in our work. I aim to help you feel heard and understood, while fostering grace and compassion towards yourself.

Couples Therapy

Change and transitions can feel difficult within all relationships. I work with couples to address needs of both partners. Together, we establish mutual goals and will identify patterns that no longer serve you. I help couples strengthen their communication, see one another more clearly, increase alignment, and improve feelings of intimacy.

Types of Therapy
  • I use ACT to support individuals and couples navigating fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum challenges. ACT is a compassionate, evidence based approach that helps you create a life that aligns with your values. In seasons that can feel overwhelming, ACT doesn't try to "get rid of" these emotions. Instead, it helps you build a new relationship with them. Together, we work on making space for difficult feelings rather than fighting or avoiding them, which often brings more relief than resistance.

  • CBT is a practical, evidence based approach I use to help clients cope with the emotional challenges that can arise during fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. It's based on the idea that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all connected -- and when we become aware of unhelpful thought patterns, we can begin to shift how we feel and respond.
