Are you currently accepting new clients ?

Yes. At this time, Everwell Counseling & Wellness is accepting clients for both individual and couples counseling. If you are interested, please begin by filling out this form.

Do you accept Insurance ?

Everwell Counseling & Wellness practices out of network but clients are able to receive a superbill—a detailed receipt—which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Superbills typically require less clinical detail than direct insurance billing. This limits how much sensitive information your insurer receives, giving you more privacy around your mental health care. This flexibility allows us to collaborate on the frequency and direction of your therapy—guided by your needs, not insurance policies.

Please contact your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network mental health benefits.

Helpful guiding questions to consider when speaking to your insurance provider:

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
  • What is my deductible?
  • What is the reimbursement amount that I will receive for a CPT code of 90837?
  • How do I submit superbills?

Therapy is about choice, voice, and growth. Superbills help ensure that your care remains truly yours.

What’s is your cancellation policy ?

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy session, and you have not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
